This policy covers the mobile games published by Black Strat Games, including Deadline Day: Football Agent, and this website.
What our games collect
Nothing. Our games do not collect personal data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos or usage analytics. They do not include advertising or third-party tracking tools, and they work offline.
What is stored on your device
Deadline Day: Football Agent saves your game progress and settings (such as text size and sound on or off) on your own device so you can pick up where you left off. This information never leaves your device through our games. If you delete the game, this data is deleted with it.
Purchases
The game is bought through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment and purchase records under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
TestFlight
If you try an early version through Apple's TestFlight, Apple handles the installation and any feedback or crash reports you choose to send, under Apple's privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you email support@blackstratgames.co.uk, we will see your email address and the message you send. We use them only to reply to you and to fix problems, and we do not share them with anyone. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
This website
This website is a simple set of information pages. It does not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools. Our web host may keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because our games do not collect personal information at all.
